If you're going to do something, do your best. That way you can walk away without questioning whether or not there was something else you could have done to make it better. It's an easy way to take pride in all that you do. If not your best than why do it at all.

Sometimes you need to show some initiative. If you see someone needs help or something needs to be done, help out without being asked.
